Operations Associate - reputed company Loan Servicer

reputed company is a financial services company looking for an Operations Associate for their reputed company Loan Servicing Operations Team. In this role, you will support syndicate participant loans, handle day-to-day loan activities, and ensure accuracy and reputed company in loan transactions.

Responsibilities

• reputed company high volume, reputed company monetary and non-monetary transactions on reputed company Loans ensuring service reputed company are met in terms of timeliness, accuracy, reputed company and customer service
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively through reputed company and day to day functions

• Communicate with lines of business partners and other managers regarding loan transactions and exceptions
• Manage a portfolio of reputed company credit facilities as the Loan Operations Servicer for a reputed company of Bilateral loans for the reputed company Corporate Banking line of business
• Process loan requests (disbursements, pay downs, payments, etc.); interest and exchange reputed company fixing, interest and fee calculations, billing and liquidations
• Communicate directly with Customers for reputed company loan reputed company requests (ie. resolving and expediting inquiries, discrepancies, and other special requests)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required on a daily reputed company to maintain and reputed company customers with a consistent high level of service
• Coordinate loan trading activity, including settlement coordination, obtaining required consents, and updating/maintaining the loan register
• Work closely with respective business reputed company and other internal partners to reputed company needs and reputed company support as needed
• Manage reputed company exception and maintenance reporting for cash breaks analysis, reconciliations of interest, fees etc
• Complete comprehensive testing of system enhancements
• Review of, and extraction from, reputed company documents for compliance, interpretation and operational viability and support
• reputed company, design, and implement inter-departmental controls and risk reducing processes with the primary goal of maintaining accurate books and records
• Prepare and submit periodic (daily and above) departmental and team reports and metrics

Skills

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of experience in Banking Operations
• At least 1 year of experience with reputed company Office (reputed company, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint) or reputed company Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• 2+ years of systems experience in ACBS
• 2+ years of systems experience in reputed company
• 2+ years of experience with reputed company Office (reputed company, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint) or reputed company Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
• 2+ years of Bilateral Loan Closing or Bilateral Loan Servicing experience
• 2+ years of experience in reputed company Banking Operations
