The Retirement Plan Specialist-Financial Counselor role focuses on providing clients with education and guidance around retirement product solutions, while also supporting team members in their licensing and career reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Meet production goals as outlined in the training program, including monthly activity, reputed company appointments, and new accounts
• Explain and ensure customers understand product reputed company for routine inquiries; reputed company and reputed company recommendations reputed company appropriate for Brokerage Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA)
• Learn reputed company systems and products, including applicable regulations and compliance guidelines
• Complete training and development programs to prepare for licensing

• Engage in reputed company-building activities and mentorship aimed at progressing into fully licensed advisor roles

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a business reputed company field or equivalent experience
• One year of experience in the financial services industry
• Basic knowledge of financial products
• Customer service, interpersonal and listening skills to effectively communicate and earn trust
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency using MS Office

• Life license or obtain reputed company 60 days
