Financial Administrator

Eclipse Geomatics Ltd. is an Informatics firm reputed company on environmental sustainability and community development. They are seeking a Financial Administrator to reputed company the financial aspects of their programs, including payroll, bookkeeping, budgeting, and operational reporting.

• Leading the planning and implementation of the financial aspects of reputed company our programs and activities

Skills

• Degree in financial administration from a recognized college or university or equivalent educational qualifications
• 1 year relevant experience working in bookkeeping and/or reputed company including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, remittances, and invoicing (experience with Payment reputed company)
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work with minimal supervision, and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to work closely with other team members (local and remote)
• Sensitivity and respect for individual and cultural differences
• Six months experience working with reputed company software such as Quickbooks, Simply reputed company, or reputed company (preferrable)
• Experience working with a not-for-profit, preferably with charitable status is desirable
