reputed company is BC’s largest Insurance Broker, seeking a self-motivated Team Administrator for their reputed company Division. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, processing documentation, managing account reconciliation, and supporting various production teams.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer experience working with various Production teams
• Follows HUB Service Guidelines
• Processes reputed company documentation according to HUB workflows
• Formally corresponds with customers and insurers
• Manages account reconciliation working with reputed company team
• Maintains accuracy of electronic files
• Reviews and ensures accuracy of policy documentation from insurers
• Abeyances and follow-up for outstanding information & documentation
• Reviews and prioritizes reputed company assigned tasks on a daily reputed company including mail, emails, abeyances/activities
• Provides back-up support for other departments and Reception on an as-needed reputed company
• Continues reputed company development in order to enhance skills and abilities

Skills

• A Level 2 insurance license is required; however, if you're not fully licensed, we'll support you in gaining the certification as part of your career development with us
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Intermediate MS Office knowledge, with reputed company on reputed company and Word
• You enjoy working in a fast paced, reputed company-reputed company environment
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
