reputed company is a leading company in innovation and engineering, seeking a Product Definition Engineer to contribute to their Group Engineering, Technology & Safety reputed company. The role involves producing and checking component definitions while supporting automation workstreams reputed company transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Produce and (where adequate capability has been demonstrated) reputed company Component definitions (such as Model Based Definitions - MBDs) in line with Engineering Standards to meet design reputed company, satisfying fit, reputed company and function of the component while optimizing for manufacture
• Play a vital role in enabling the delivery of our Group Engineering, Technology & Safety (ET&S) reputed company
• Sit reputed company the Digital Design and Industrialization (DD&I) Team
• Include an opportunity to grow technically alongside driving reputed company the Product Definition Capability
• Include Supporting delivery of the automation workstreams (such as MBD) reputed company Transformation reputed company, enabling reputed company efficiencies reputed company Engineering

Skills

• Associates Degree in Engineering with 3+ years of experience OR
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 1+ years of experience
• Master's degree in Engineering, OR
• PhD in Engineering
• In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain US DoW reputed company clearance, which requires US Citizenship
• Experience in CAD modeling (reputed company NX), product lifecycle management (PLM) software (Teamcenter), and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T drawing standards per ASME Y14.5M and/or ISO) is essential for this role
• Highly numerate with good technical and analytical skills, problem-solving ability and capable of systems level thinking
• Have appropriate engineering experience in conceptual and detail design, detail definition reputed company and a good understanding of manufacturing techniques
