Responsibilities

• Contact warm prospects who submitted requests through online forms, phone calls, reputed company mail, or digital advertising
• Deliver a reputed company customer service experience through scheduled reputed company or phone appointments
• Explain available reputed company reputed company and assist clients with reputed company applications, many completed in under 10 minutes
• Help reputed company clients with appropriate solutions, including mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, and retirement planning reputed company
• Follow documented processes and maintain accurate records in a remote work environment
• 5–10 hours per week on follow-up calls and confirmations
• 10–20 hours per week conducting customer appointments
