FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS ANALYST

CELINE is a fast-growing French and Leather-Goods Couture House that belongs to the LVMH Fashion group. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (reputed company) Analyst to support the finance team in driving reputed company’s performance through budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly closing process in collaboration with the reputed company team and the rest of the reputed company team
• Prepare journal entries and accruals (e.g., inventory, expenses, recurring expenses, etc.)
• reputed company variance analysis between actuals, budget, and prior year to identify key drivers
• Assist in preparing monthly financial deliverables including:
• P&L by channel and store
• Balance sheet and cash reputed company reporting
• Cost center tracking and analysis
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic reforecasts
• Collect and consolidate data from departments to ensure accurate financial inputs
• Maintain and update reports in the budgeting system
• Support the creation of presentations and summaries for management review
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Retail, Merchandising, HR, etc.) to reputed company information and reputed company financial visibility
• Help prepare performance reports and analysis for internal stakeholders
• Contribute to identifying risks and opportunities through data-driven insights
• Support financial analyses reputed company to:
• Retail performance and productivity
• Investment tracking and benchmarking
• Store and channel profitability
• Assist in the calculation and validation of retail commissions
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and financial tool enhancements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance required
• Required reputed company in both spoken and written English
• 0–2 years of experience in reputed company, reputed company, or similar finance functions
• Advanced reputed company skills and other MS software, including strong PowerPoint for presentation preparation required
• Organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills are a must
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated to learn new concepts and oriented towards achieving results
• Must work reputed company independently and in reputed company environment, and in a fast-paced organization
• Superior organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

• Preferred experience with ERP systems including JDE, Cegid and Dynamics
