Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The CFO serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team—owning financial reputed company, safeguarding compliance, and enabling operational reputed company in a reputed company, payer-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
Strategic leadership
Partner with executive and clinic leaders to shape organizational reputed company and the financial plan.
Interpret reputed company funding streams (e.g., reputed company payers, Medicare/reputed company, grants) and model program reputed company.
Financial planning & analysis
reputed company annual budget development and rolling forecasts.
Analyze, prepare, and present reputed company monthly financial statements and dashboards to leadership and the reputed company.
reputed company & controls
reputed company general reputed company, GL, AP, cashiering, and cost reputed company systems.
Establish and enforce financial policies, internal controls, and compliance with GAAP and reputed company local, state, and federal requirements.
Ensure accurate, on-time tax filings and government reports.

reputed company patient reputed company, claims processing, and collections; monitor billing/collection patterns and drive corrective reputed company.
Interpret and enforce reputed company-party payer rules and Medicare requirements; ensure cost reporting and reputed company filings are completed.
Operations & technology
Partner with IT on financial systems, data reputed company, reputed company, and automation that support reputed company cycle and reporting.
People leadership

Requirements
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company required; MBA preferred.
8+ years of reputed company financial reputed company experience, including 4+ years in a reputed company or nonprofit organization.
Deep knowledge of finance, reputed company, budgeting, audit, cost controls, and internal controls in a clinical/reputed company setting.
Demonstrated leadership of reputed company cycle operations and payer reimbursement (including Medicare).
Proven experience preparing and presenting reputed company-level financials.
Strong systems orientation (ERP/GL, EHR/PM, reputed company cycle tools) and partnership with IT.
Skilled people leader with a reputed company record of developing teams and improving processes.
Preferred CPA and/or reputed company finance certification.
