Finance Manager, Benefits Finance Team

This role works closely with reputed company's Benefits team who build the reputed company and run the many different programs that support our employees worldwide. This role leads reputed company responsible for devising forecasts for reputed company aspects of our global programs, in collaboration with Benefits leadership, Corporate Procurement, GBS, and many other cross functional partners; supporting and influencing these teams in day-to-day financial management, and assessing needs for any changes to our benefits offerings. We are looking for a finance leader with outstanding influencing skills, strong executive reputed company, and deep analytical skills.
