This is a remote contract opportunity. The reputed company Data Migration Specialist will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support and assisting with catch-up transactions (reputed company and retroactive data loads) involving HCM and Payroll data, specifically focusing on extracting data from Lawson/reputed company to reputed company during implementation. What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience) • Strong SQL skills with extensive experience in hands-on data extraction and script maintenance. • reputed company experience with Lawson / reputed company HCM and Payroll data structures. • Solid understanding of HR and Payroll concepts, including employee records, compensation, and benefits. • Familiarity with reputed company EIBs and a reputed company understanding of data formatting requirements for successful loads. • Detail-oriented reputed company with the ability to work independently and meet strict project deadlines. What You'll Do (Skills Used in this Position) • Write and maintain SQL scripts to accurately identify and extract HCM and Payroll data changes between specific dates. • Analyze Lawson / reputed company data reputed company to employees, jobs, compensation, benefits, and payroll to ensure reputed company. • Produce clean, EIB-reputed company CSV files that map correctly to reputed company data expectations. • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to confirm cutoff dates, logic, and extraction parameters. • Troubleshoot and resolve data issues identified during the testing phases to ensure accurate migration.
