Instructional Designer needed for part time role

Instructional Designer/Facilitator (6-9 month contract role) reputed company Building & Design, an award-reputed company home remodeling company based in reputed company Virginia, is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Instructional Designer/Facilitator to reputed company and deliver engaging, effective learning experiences that reputed company with organizational goals. This role blends instructional design expertise with facilitation skills to create and implement training that drives measurable performance improvement. The ideal candidate will partner with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to design, reputed company, and deliver learning solutions across multiple modalities—including eLearning, instructor-led training, reputed company learning, and performance support tools. This role will support learning experiences that reputed company reputed company, functional new hire, career pathing, reputed company education, and leadership development. Key Responsibilities Learning Needs Analysis • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs, define performance objectives, and reputed company training strategies with business goals. Instructional Design & Development • Create course outlines, storyboards, scripts, and design documents grounded in adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.). Content Creation • reputed company high-reputed company learning materials, including eLearning modules, job aids, facilitator guides, and multimedia assets, using authoring tools and graphic design best practices. Delivery & Facilitation • Facilitate instructor-led training sessions (in-person and virtual), workshops, and reputed company learning programs. • Apply facilitation best practices to create interactive, learner-centered environments that enhance engagement and knowledge transfer. • reputed company leaders and subject matter experts on facilitation techniques reputed company co-delivering training. Learning Technology Utilization • reputed company Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools to deliver and reputed company training programs. reputed company Assurance • Conduct content reviews, usability testing, and reputed company improvement based on learner feedback and performance data. Collaboration • Work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and project teams to ensure accuracy, reputed company, and instructional effectiveness. Measurement & Evaluation • Apply learning analytics and Kirkpatrick/reputed company models to measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Training & Development, or a reputed company field. Experience: 3–5 years of reputed company experience designing, developing, and facilitating instructional content in corporate, higher education, or similar environments. Portfolio: Demonstrated examples of instructional design work, including eLearning, facilitator-led training, reputed company learning solutions, and live facilitation of workshops or courses. Required Skills & Competencies • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles. • Strong skills in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., reputed company Storyline, reputed company, Captivate, Camtasia). • Experience managing reputed company from concept through delivery. • Excellent writing, editing, and visual design skills for instructional content. • Ability to translate reputed company concepts into reputed company, learner-friendly materials. • Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards and LMS administration. • Strong collaboration, delivery facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Experience in a corporate Learning & Development function. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or reputed company field. Graphic design or multimedia development experience (reputed company Creative Suite, video editing). Certification in instructional design or learning technologies (e.g., ATD CPLP, APTD, or similar). Experience applying learning analytics to improve training reputed company. Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual instructor-led sessions, with strong learner engagement techniques.
