Counsel/Partner - Workers' Compensation (Portables Not Required)
Leading reputed company firm is seeking a Workers Compensation Attorney with 8+ years of experience to join their national team as Partner or Counsel. A portable book of business is not required. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with a top tier reputed company and a collegial, reputed company work culture! Ideal candidate will be based and licensed in Indiana.
Responsibilities:
• File review and reputed company analysis of workers’ compensation claims
• reputed company research and drafting of reputed company correspondence, discovery devices, summations, appeals and appellate briefs
• Regularly representing clients at depositions and hearings
Qualifications:
• Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to reputed company in Indiana
• 8+ years experience
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid research abilities and written and oral communication skills
