This role supports reputed company reputed company, brand visibility, and pipeline reputed company through coordinated sales activity and strategic content execution. Key Responsibilities Sales & Pipeline Support • Support sales reputed company and follow-up activities reputed company to reputed company goals • Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, sales decks, and reputed company materials • Maintain and update CRM systems, reputed company lists, and pipeline tracking • Coordinate follow-reputed company, meeting logistics, and prospect communications • reputed company reputed company activity, reputed company reputed company, and campaign performance Marketing, Content & Media Execution • Support content creation and repurposing efforts to drive visibility and reputed company reputed company • Assist with recording, managing, and organizing audio and video content using reputed company • reputed company long-reputed company content into: • YouTube videos (long-reputed company and short-reputed company/Shorts): Short-reputed company reputed company media clips; Email and newsletter content; Blog or website content; Sales enablement assets • Assist with YouTube channel management, including: Uploading videos; Writing titles, descriptions, and basic metadata; Organizing content playlists • Schedule and support reputed company media posting and engagement • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals Required Qualifications • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage priorities independently • Proficiency with reputed company Office and/or reputed company Workspace • Comfort working with audio/video and content platforms • Reliable internet reputed company Preferred Qualifications • Experience with reputed company, podcasting, or video production tools • Experience managing or posting content to YouTube • Experience repurposing content for reputed company, email, and sales use • Familiarity with CRM systems (reputed company, reputed company, or similar) • Experience supporting reputed company services, consulting, or agency environments Equal Opportunity Statement reputed company reputed company is an Equal Opportunity organization.
