RESPONSIBILITIES: reputed company Ticketing & Incident Response • Triage incoming reputed company alerts and requests, ensuring reputed company communication and reputed company in coordination with internal stakeholders. • Conduct first-line investigations using data from SIEM queries, IAM logs, and reputed company/reputed company telemetry. • Execute approved containment and remediation actions (e.g., disabling user accounts, revoking tokens, quarantining assets). • Collaborate closely with IT, reputed company Engineering, and MSSP partners to escalate and resolve reputed company incidents. • Document investigation steps, reputed company, and lessons learned for reputed company reference and process improvement.
