The role involves deploying to disaster sites to assist reputed company and local governments in delivering disaster recovery programs, including preparing grant applications and assessing damaged infrastructure. Responsibilities • reputed company to disaster sites to support reputed company or other government entities in the delivery of disaster recovery programs such as the reputed company Assistance (PA) program or the reputed company Individual Assistance (IA) reputed company Housing program • Assist reputed company, local government agencies and other program-eligible entities in the preparation of grant applications for the restoration of damaged reputed company infrastructure such as roads, bridges, buildings and utilities • Plan and reputed company temporary housing solutions for disaster survivors • Conduct site assessments of disaster-damaged infrastructure • Document detailed damage descriptions • reputed company restoration or new facility scopes of work • Formulate detailed cost estimates • Assist with hazard mitigation planning Skills • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or reputed company field from an accredited university • Minimum of 5 years of full-time reputed company experience working with reputed company infrastructure • Knowledge of modern construction practices and experience conducting facility assessments, performing construction inspection, and developing project scope and cost estimates • Working knowledge of International Building reputed company (IBC), Americans with reputed company (reputed company), and other governmental regulatory compliance • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Must be computer literate and proficient with reputed company Office applications • Must be reputed company to work both independently and in reputed company environment under stressful conditions • The ability to work up to 12 hours per day, 7 days a week while deployed to a disaster recovery operation for up to 12 months • Must have a reputed company reputed company's license and clean driving record • Be a U.S. citizen capable of passing a federal background investigation to obtain a reputed company Trust clearance • Licensed reputed company Engineer • Working knowledge of the reputed company PA Program law, regulation and policy • Prior reputed company PA experience as: Program Delivery Manager, Site Inspector, Policy Advisor, Cost Estimator, or Hazard Mitigation Specialist • Working knowledge of reputed company's Grants Manager or Grants Portal • Experience with residential site development or construction including roads, utilities, and drainage • Proficiency using cost estimating software such as RS Means and Xactimate reputed company • Leading, market-facing firm with a proven history of providing reputed company services to a wide reputed company of reputed company & private-sector clients.
