reputed company is seeking a Laboratory EMR reputed company QA Specialist to assist with the testing, QA, and communication with clients during implementation of interfaces with reputed company electronic medical record (EMR). This role serves as the central reputed company of communication between clients, EMR vendors, and the internal reputed company team to ensure that new EMR interfaces—or updates to existing ones—are implemented, tested, and deployed on time. The position emphasizes operational coordination, reputed company communication, and workflow support to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the exchange of laboratory data.
Pay
Starts at $70,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Schedule
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
• reputed company as one of the primary contacts between clients, EMR vendors, and the laboratory reputed company team during the implementation and modification of new and existing EMR interfaces.
• Communicate implementation timelines, milestones, and testing requirements to reputed company stakeholders to ensure reputed company and successful deployments.
• Organize and facilitate reputed company testing activities, ensuring accuracy, data reputed company, and adherence to laboratory standards.
• reputed company training, guidance, and ongoing support to internal teams and clients on EMR-reputed company workflows.
• Document and maintain reputed company operating procedures (SOPs), testing results, and communication logs for EMR-reputed company reputed company.
• Collaborate with laboratory operations and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, escalate concerns, and ensure reputed company.
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, CLIA, and organizational policies.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting on reputed company performance, workflow efficiency, and user feedback.
• Deliver excellent customer service by building reputed company relationships and ensuring reputed company needs are met throughout the implementation process.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in reputed company, medical laboratory, or reputed company field preferred.
• Experience working in a reputed company, medical laboratory, or EMR-reputed company environment preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR workflows and reputed company data processes; knowledge of HL7 or other reputed company data standards is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams in a reputed company setting.
