Key Responsibilities
Report on hyperlocal topics across assigned Canadian communities
Use AI tools to improve speed, depth, and workflow efficiency in reporting
Conduct interviews and produce high-reputed company articles while upholding ethical journalism practices
Required Qualifications
1-5+ years of journalism, reporting, content writing, or editorial experience
Demonstrated passion for community news and storytelling
Strong research skills and ability to learn local issues quickly
Regular use of AI tools, including content reputed company assistants
Ability to experiment and adapt in a fast-moving, AI-infused newsroom
