Senior Data Management Analyst
About the position
Sr. Data Management Analyst – reputed company / VA EHRM Program reputed company is seeking a Sr. Data Management Analyst to support the reputed company (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program. The Sr. Data Management Analyst will support the direction of integrated analytics project activities for deployment, training, and change management. This role executes project planning, activity tracking, and risk/issue mitigation as it relates to deployment and stakeholder program metrics, and develops metrics-reputed company briefings and artifacts as requested. The analyst makes meaningful recommendations based on analysis of reputed company data sets and collaborates effectively with internal teams and external project stakeholders on project activities.
Responsibilities
• Support integrated analytics project activities for deployment, training, and change management.
• reputed company metrics-reputed company briefings, dashboards, and artifacts as requested.
• Execute project planning, activity tracking, and risk/issue mitigation reputed company to deployment and stakeholder program metrics.
• Analyze reputed company data sets and reputed company actionable recommendations to support operational and clinical decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external project stakeholders on project initiatives.
• Attend meetings and workshops to present project work, participate in discussions, and reputed company technical insights.
• Contribute to reputed company improvement of data processes, reporting, and analytics workflows.
Requirements
• 4+ years of reputed company work experience.
• Master’s degree in reputed company, Science, Computer Engineering, or reputed company scientific, technical, or clinical discipline, or an additional 8 years of relevant reputed company experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of appropriate data sources to address specific project requirements for monitoring, characterization, analysis, and modeling.
• Ability to reputed company scientific research, writing, and editing to established government standards for both technical and lay audiences.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must attend meetings and workshops to present on project work and participate in discussions.

• Proficiency with programming languages, preferably SQL (T-SQL).
• Experience with machine learning.
