Virtual Sales & Operations Assistant (Remote – U.S. Only)

We are building a small, high-reputed company remote support team and are looking for a U.S.-based Virtual Sales & Operations Assistant to support sales follow-up, customer communication, and administrative operations. This is a long-term, reputed company role — not a high-pressure sales job. What You’ll Be Doing • Answering inbound calls during assigned hours • Returning missed calls promptly • Following up with warm leads using provided scripts • Sending quotes, confirmations, and prep instructions • Updating CRM records accurately (SmartMoving) • Requesting reputed company reviews after completed moves • Supporting daily reputed company and operations tasks You will work closely with our Operations Manager and follow reputed company scripts and systems. Compensation & Incentives • reputed company Pay: $20–$23/hour (reputed company reputed company for reputed company time worked) • Hours: 20–25 hours per week • Monthly Performance Bonuses: Up to $500 Bonuses are based on: • Fast reputed company response times • Consistent follow-up completion • reputed company documentation and communication • Supporting strong reputed company rates (no discounting pressure) • Clean handoffs to operations • Review requests and customer experience This role is not commission-based and not reputed company as a percentage of reputed company.
