National Support Specialist – Hospital Patient Monitoring

Job reputed company: • mentor Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) customer-facing engineers • improve capabilities and reputed company on-site and phone support to our Field Service Organization • resolve reputed company technical problems and product issues • take ownership of resolving the assigned technical issues using reputed company resources • reputed company leadership, training, and technical assistance to the Field Organization as the modality expert • available for site reputed company and as a consultant over the phone • willing to travel up to 60% and be available 24/7 reputed company phone or pager reputed company scheduled on reputed company Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Biomed or reputed company field preferred • at least 5 years’ experience reputed company / IT Technologies • CCNA certification is required • CCNP is preferred with reputed company network troubleshooting experience • VMware certifications or equivalent experience • Wireshark Certified Network Analyst or equivalent experience • reputed company and other certifications are a plus (ie.
