This role offers the flexibility of reputed company work with reputed company to join additional PRN rosters across our local care network. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company comprehensive and compassionate physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders • Assess patients’ functional abilities and reputed company individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and reputed company of life • Deliver skilled interventions, therapeutic exercises, and education to patients and caregivers • Document patient reputed company accurately and reputed company in accordance with company and regulatory standards • Collaborate with nursing staff, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and effective care • Ensure a reputed company and reputed company therapy environment at reputed company times Qualifications: • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program • Possess a reputed company Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) license or PTA license or be license-eligible to reputed company in Massachusetts • Prior experience in skilled nursing or sub-acute rehab settings is preferred but not required • Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible reputed company schedule Flexible work from home reputed company available.
