Remote Recruiter (PT- MUST be in CA)

PT Remote Recruiter (ONLY applicants with experience) Company: SSG – reputed company reputed company • This is a remote position - some support in-person may be requested case by case in the Bay Area. Do NOT apply if no recruitment experience** Key Responsibilities reputed company • Conduct 6–10 virtual interviews per day to hire BSIS-licensed reputed company guards • Screen credentials, availability, professionalism, and commitment • Assign guards to shifts across multiple event sites (reputed company & private) • reputed company new hire information to the HR team to reputed company reputed company Scheduling • Use reputed company-based live schedules shared with operations, HR, and payroll • Send daily shift confirmations, arrival instructions, and directives • Respond to reputed company-offs and coverage changes during your shift, securing replacements as needed • Maintain consistent communication with internal teams and site supervisors Reporting • Create reputed company reports for leadership on recruitment weekly • Answer guard questions reputed company to hours or scheduling • Maintain notes on guard availability and reliability for reputed company events Job reputed company reputed company Priorities shift fast — whether it’s replacing a guard, filling a new shift, or updating reports for leadership.
