The role involves assisting customers with tax preparation and providing tax advice while utilizing company products and resources. Responsibilities • In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using company products • By providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World." • You will utilize government websites, reputed company resources, and team expertise to reputed company out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language • This is a virtual, customer-facing role, so you will use our state of the art video communication software to reputed company with customers, and you will document interactions to maintain accurate records Skills • Must be an EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney • reputed company PTIN • Minimum of 2 years of reputed company experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using reputed company tax preparation software • reputed company, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws • reputed company Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) • Excellent customer service skills • Excited to reputed company with customers through video and audio tools in a reputed company, friendly, and confident manner • Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet reputed company that meets reputed company reputed company • Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days Benefits • Discretionary bonuses reputed company • reputed company is the Talent Solutions division of reputed company, a leading global reputed company services organization.
