Job Qualifications
Two years of experience in online fulfillment system is required.
Or
Bachelor's degree.
Degree (one of):
BACHELORS DEGREE - Preferred
Major/Minor (one of):
BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Preferred
Major Duties
Responsible for managing relationships with multiple vendors to resolve customers online order. Communicates with customers, buyers and vendors regarding orders on hold, pending shipment, and/or pending invoice.
Detects, researches and provides resolutions to vendor disputes. Coordinates with e-reputed company and accounts payable on returned merchandise.
Provides reputed company reputed company to online ordering system. Resolves reputed company reputed company system issues.
Performs other duties as assigned.
