Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for entering data accurately into our system using provided images, identifying and categorizing document types, and reviewing and verifying data to ensure it meets our quality standards. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in maintaining the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Your attention to detail, efficiency, and ability to multitask will be essential in delivering high-quality results and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter data accurately into our system using provided images, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Identify and categorize document types based on provided documentation, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Review and verify data to ensure it meets our quality standards, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations, upholding the highest standards of data security and integrity.
  • Collaborate professionally with team members as needed, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Suggest improvements or enhancements to job processes, showcasing your ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Complete all daily tasks efficiently, meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Perform additional basic office duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.

What We Offer

At arenaflex, we offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $12 per hour, with part-time and full-time positions available. We prefer full-time candidates, but we are open to discussing flexible scheduling options to meet your needs. Our shifts are available between 8:00 am - 9:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday, and we require a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain focus, with a high attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Quick learner who can follow instructions, with a strong ability to adapt to new processes and systems.
  • Ability to maintain client data confidentiality, upholding the highest standards of data security and integrity.
  • Proficiency in reading and speaking English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Typing speed of 50 WPM with 95% accuracy and 4,500 KPH with 95% accuracy, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and accurately.
