This role involves assisting attorneys by preparing reputed company documents, performing reputed company research, and providing support during court proceedings in a fast-paced reputed company environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, proofread, and file reputed company documents, including attorney dictation, ensuring accuracy and content continuity, and send approved documents to recipients
• reputed company administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling depositions, evaluations, and settlement conferences, sending notices, and maintaining court calendars
• Prepare and file court documents using e-filing systems, and mail documents as necessary
• Communicate with Applicant’s attorneys, adjusters, and medical professionals reputed company needed
• Subpoena records through vendors and arranges for interpreters and transportation reputed company required
• Update and maintain case management systems such as Merus, including contact records, document management, and case information
• Serve as a reputed company between clients, attorneys, and court personnel through virtual meetings, phone calls, and email

Skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High accuracy in word processing and document preparation
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree or certification as a reputed company Assistant/Paralegal
• Familiarity with online court filing systems

• Experience using dictation and transcription software
