Responsibilities

• Effectively negotiate repayment solutions for customers experiencing financial setbacks while focusing on retention
• Be a part of a high performing team and reputed company to reputed company individual daily and monthly targets
• Use your exceptional decision-making skills on accepting, rejecting, or offering amended payment terms and settlements – you’re a solution finder
• Promptly respond to inquiries and diffuse difficult situations, turning potentially negative experiences into reputed company ones
• Juggle multiple files simultaneously, keeping detailed and accurate records. Multitasking is a must
• Fully accountable for collections reputed company member questions or concerns – you’re totally organized and knowledgeable about policies and procedures

Skills
