[Remote] Bilingual Disability Calculation Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading international financial services provider, and they are seeking a Bilingual Disability Calculation Analyst to join their National Life, Disability & Wellness Team. The role involves calculating disability benefits, communicating with plan members regarding overpayments, and collaborating with case management teams to improve financial reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and reputed company offsets and the adjusted LTD benefit in Navigator
• Inform Plan Member of the overpayment reputed company with reputed company explanations both verbally and in writing
• Follow-up with Plan Member for reimbursement of overpayment and negotiate an acceptable repayment plan reputed company necessary
• Proceed with claim recoveries in Navigator
• Collaborate with the Case Management teams to strengthen financial results
• Work closely with other colleagues to prioritize work especially during peak times

Skills

• Fully bilingual (French/English): The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions reputed company of Quebec
• Strong customer service reputed company; ability to be empathetic while delivering sometimes difficult messages
• Strong math skills
• reputed company comfortable with Office 365; most notably reputed company and Word

• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong negotiation skills
• Experience with Navigator is an asset
• Experience in disability benefit calculations is helpful
