Marketing Coordinator

Well.ca is a trusted destination for better-for-you everyday essentials and wellness brands. They are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across various channels, ensuring smooth communication and delivery of customer-first marketing campaigns.


Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email, onsite, social, and paid media
  • Coordinate with internal teams—including design, email, acquisition, buyers, and warehouse—to ensure alignment and timely execution
  • Manage timelines, creative deliverables, and project details within our project management software
  • Proactively follow up with stakeholders to collect missing information and keep projects on track
  • Coordinate product requisitions for PR, social, photoshoots, and giveaways
  • Manage product tracking, organization, and returns
  • Edit and proof marketing materials including emails, web content, and award applications
  • Coordinate translation of web pages and marketing materials with freelancers
  • Assist with social media content creation, organization, and publishing
  • Support photoshoots and video shoots through coordination and on-site assistance
  • Compile and summarize marketing reports and meeting notes on an ad hoc basis
  • Support team organization and documentation to streamline marketing processes

Skills

  • Degree, diploma, or certification in Business and/or Marketing
  • Experience and interest in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or Retail
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with experience in reporting, tracking, and data interpretation
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work from our Toronto office 2–3 days per week, with flexibility for ad hoc needs
  • Active engagement with social media and/or wellness communities is an asset
