Data Coordinator
Piper Companies is seeking a Data Coordinator for contract opportunity within a midsize e-learning healthcare platform. The Data Coordinator will support the centralization and organization of company contract records in Salesforce, ensuring all agreements are properly categorized and accessible.
Responsibilities
- Locate and review contracts across multiple repositories; verify status and identify key clauses
- Upload contracts and metadata into Salesforce using standardized naming conventions
- Maintain accurate, consistent, and searchable contract records
- Navigate Salesforce to update records, tag contracts, and manage data cleanup
- Validate record accuracy and report discrepancies; assist with testing for automation improvements
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret basic contract terms and dates
- Previous experience using an CRM platform
- Familiarity with Salesforce navigation (upload/download, record lookup)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and document tools (SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
