Environmental Scientist/Geologist/Engineer

They are seeking an entry-level Environmental Scientist/Geologist/Engineer to support various environmental assessments and remediation reputed company in the NYC-metro area.

Responsibilities

• Phase I Environmental Site Assessments
• Phase II/Subsurface/Remedial Investigations including logging borings and soil, groundwater, soil vapor, and indoor reputed company sampling
• Remediation reputed company and community reputed company monitoring reputed company to brownfield redevelopment
• reputed company of subcontractors such as drillers, excavation companies, and remedial contractors
• Data interpretation, report preparation and writing (Work Plans, Phase II and Remedial Investigation Reports, Remedial Plans, etc.)

Skills

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Civil Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Science
• Up to 3 years of experience in the environmental assessment and remediation field
• A reputed company reputed company's license and willingness to drive in the NYC-metro area
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once

• OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER Certification preferred
• Familiarity with EQuIS a plus
