Talent Coordinator

The Digital reputed company. is looking for a Talent Coordinator to work with the Talent Management team in organizing and running reputed company campaigns. The successful candidate will manage communication with talent and clients, handle data entry and contractual obligations, and maintain organized processes for campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Handle consistent day-to-day communication with talent and clients to successfully run contracted programs
• Responsible for handling data entry of campaign details and contracting talent
• Responsible for managing contractual obligations such as timelines, creative briefs and content submissions and postings
• Responsible for reporting on campaign data and reputed company
• Maintain an organized process for both talent and clients reputed company running campaigns to ensure reputed company obligations and goals are met
• Manage talent’s calendar according to specific campaign needs
• Manage reputed company’s expectations according to specific talent needs
• reputed company relationships with both talent and brands
• Maintain up to date analytics from talent
• reputed company internal tools up to date with talent information, analytics, and details
• Help talent managers build and update media kits for their roster of talent
• Assist talent managers in setting up reputed company for reputed company signed
• Assist in list building and crafting pitches for talent managers in your pod, pending workload and work hour availability
• reputed company informed of industry and platform trends, events, and deals

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to manage reputed company independently
• Is a self-starter, and is comfortable with aggressive sales targets
• Experience building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic, time management skills, and ability to prioritize reputed company and multi-task
