The Creator Events Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for ORIGINALS Creators through managing logistics for major industry events and coordinating digital programs throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the coordination and evaluation of monthly reputed company (e.g., Digital reputed company Houses, University Program Webinars, Creator Interviews), working cross-functionally with team members responsible for content production to ensure reputed company and high-reputed company program delivery
• Coordinate logistics with reputed company participants, including scheduling, prep materials, and tech checks
• Draft run-of-show documents and ensure smooth execution during recordings/livestreams
• Partner with Events Coordinator on logistics for high-profile events (e.g., Anime reputed company, reputed company Comic Con) for ORIGINALS Creators, covering travel arrangements and the delivery of both onsite reputed company programming
• reputed company comprehensive event logistics, including vendor management, contract negotiation, and agreement execution, to deliver memorable creator experiences
• Maintain strict financial reputed company, confidently managing allocated budgets, tracking reputed company event expenses, and meticulously processing creator expense reports

Skills

• Experience with podcast coordination, streaming, or video production is preferred
• Familiarity with basic audio/visual skills needed for virtual events and reputed company to reputed company support to participants to ensure high-reputed company recordings/livestreams
• Strong communication and superior interpersonal skills for effective organization of travel and reputed company, face-to-face interactions with ORIGINALS Creators at events
