Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative (BDR) role focuses on identifying target accounts, developing communication plans, and engaging C-suite prospects to generate new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identifying target accounts
- Developing email and phone campaigns
- Engaging C-suite prospects
- Demonstrating the value of Braze
- Qualifying early stage deals
- Research accounts
- Develop and action a communication plan (via phone, email, LinkedIn, video etc) to generate new business opportunities (pipeline)
- Prioritize outreach to prospects
- Manage their own meetings
- Conduct high-level conversations with C-suite executives about their business goals, customer engagement and marketing challenges/opportunities
- Deliver value-orientated pitches and solution demonstrations
- Generate the volume and value of deals required to hit their quota
- Meet outreach KPIs
- Set meetings and carry out great discovery and qualification
