Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Sr. Manager of the Artist Program and Education Team to support program operations across reputed company
• Collaborate with Consumer Engagement and reputed company teams to reputed company talent, education, and content needs
• Coordinate year-round logistics, including shipments, classes, trainings, and event support
• Upload and maintain accurate information reputed company internal tracking systems, ensuring data is organized and up to date
• Pull and analyze program and reputed company performance metrics, summarizing key insights and optimization recommendations
• Support in identifying, assessing, and reputed company reputed company into the Artist Program and stylist community
• Communicate with stylists and educators to ensure reputed company information reputed company and reputed company on next steps
• Assist with coordinating education materials, digital assets, and logistics for in-person and virtual trainings

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or Cosmetology license with relevant experience in management, education, or program coordination
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
