The AD Leaf Marketing Firm LLC is one of the premier marketing agencies for sharing online content. They are seeking a Social Media Marketer to manage multiple projects, create engaging content, and enhance brand presence across various social media platforms.


Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple, concurrent projects and initiatives while maintaining a positive attitude and energy
  • Serve as a full-time community manager for a portfolio of brands, including monitoring all social properties, creating unique and engaging content, designing social media imagery, and assisting in building social media promotions and other initiatives
  • Have strong creative and professional writing skills and will work with the team to brainstorm and create social initiatives to grow the assigned communities
  • Create daily content for multiple social media platforms across different industry verticals
  • Build social media creative imagery for daily content
  • Measure and optimize content based on analytics
  • Assist in developing social media program initiatives to improve community size and engagement
  • Communicate with the team on a daily basis to maintain awareness of updates and offerings
  • Find and implement new social strategies, tools, and tactics as they develop
  • Become fully immersed in the clients' brand and culture

Skills

  • Background in Marketing, Communication, or other related disciplines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Office
  • Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
  • Creative and Flexible
  • Familiarity with social networking sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and software tools in support of these channels
  • Ads account management experience
  • Interested in the issues of equal access to learning resources and generally socially conscious individual
  • Interest in diverse client management and the outstanding ability to mono-task in a multitasking environment
  • Create daily content for multiple social media platforms across different industry verticals
  • Build social media creative imagery for daily content
  • Measure and optimize content based on analytics
  • Assist in developing social media program initiatives to improve community size and engagement
  • Communicate with the team on a daily basis to maintain awareness of updates and offerings

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to ask questions and learn new skills quickly on the job; be a self-starter
  • Bachelor's Degree (marketing or related field preferred but we will consider a candidate with commensurate experience)
  • Experience in a marketing role or internship preferred
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional sense of creativity
  • Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms, including; Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
  • Experience with Photoshop and other graphic design programs is preferred
  • Basic HTML and video production skills a plus
  • Meta BluePrint (Preferred)
  • Google Analytics Certification (Preferred)
