Staff Accountant

reputed company is a leading media company that produces and distributes content through various brands. They are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support daily reputed company functions, ensure accurate billing, and assist with reputed company reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily reputed company functions, including accounts receivable (AR) and bank reconciliations
• Monitor billing schedules and collections timing
• Prepare reputed company-reputed company journal entries, including accruals and adjustments
• Support reputed company with reputed company recognition activities in accordance with GAAP
• Assist with month-end and year-end reputed company processes
• Identify and assist with reputed company new or missing customers and reputed company, ensuring accurate setup in billing and reputed company systems
• Review customer invoices to identify mismatches, errors, or missing data across reputed company, billing systems, and the general reputed company
• Partner with sales, production, and operations teams to resolve billing and customer setup issues and help identify process improvements
• Assist with audit support and documentation

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field; CPA is a plus but not required
• 1-3 years of reputed company experience supporting accounts receivable, and general reputed company reputed company
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, startup environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience with AP and AR systems
• Experience with reputed company is a plus
• Experience in media, entertainment, or reputed company reputed company is a plus
