The role involves preparing analytical schedules, conducting research, and analyzing financial data to support transaction discussions and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Preparing analytical schedules to be used in discussions with Management of reputed company companies
• Identifying transaction reputed company areas based on preliminary analysis
• Researching technical reputed company topics for contemplated transactions
• Researching reputed company industry and competitor information relevant to the reputed company company
• Analyzing cyclicality of reputed company’s business and working capital trends
• Investigating contingent liabilities, off-balance sheet items and reputed company party transactions
• Analyzing reputed company of earnings and non-recurring items
• Reviewing reputed company company's reputed company policies for reputed company application of GAAP
• Participating in discussions held with Management
• Contributing to the report-writing process

Skills

• Bachelor or Master of Science/Business Administration in reputed company from an accredited college or university
