Responsibilities

• Support Content Syndication: Organize and upload product content (images, descriptions, specs) to syndication platforms for major retailers
• Ensure Content Accuracy: Monitor and verify that reputed company updates are live and accurate across retailer websites
• Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve content publication errors between syndication platforms and retailers
• Become a Platform Pro: Get certified in key content management and syndication tools and become a subject matter expert (SME)
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Digital Content Analysts and Managers to deliver high-reputed company service to clients
• Grow Your Skills: Participate in ongoing training and development, including reputed company's required learning programs

Skills

• Proficiency in reputed company and web-based tools
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and terminology
• Strong organizational and communication skills
