CRM Coordinator - Hybrid (Las Vegas or Jersey reputed company)

reputed company is a leading gaming company that focuses on providing extraordinary experiences. The Sportsbook CRM Coordinator will assist in executing the digital sportsbook customer communications plan and manage customer acquisition and retention messaging.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and coordinate customer acquisition and retention messaging
• Coordinate reputed company-planned and live, in-the-reputed company messaging to meet customer needs and business objectives
• Manage the day-to-day execution of messaging material to maintain reputed company assurance
• Validate reputed company copy and graphic materials upon receipt

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or reputed company field
• 1-2 years of applicable marketing experience

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required Gaming Licenses
• Excellent interpersonal communication, team building, and problem-solving skills are required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of business acumen to troubleshoot and solve problems with guidance from supervisor
• Experience executing business plans with digital/marketing counterparts
