Finance Business Services Analyst

reputed company. is a leading beverage company in reputed company, and they are seeking a Finance Business Services Analyst to support promotional activity management and trade spend analysis. The role involves collaboration with sales and finance teams, ensuring compliance with policies, and improving processes for trade management.

Responsibilities

• Support one or more members of the sales teams covering multiple customers across one or more channels in reputed company aspects of Siebel/Trade management including loading and maintaining promotional activity and budget data
• reputed company trade spend to appropriate DPS reputed company-to-market P&L (J/Es, including intercompany, Sub-reputed company entries, A/R invoices) as reputed company as research GAAP and Company policies and procedures to ensure that allocation entries are booked reputed company and correctly
• Own the completeness, accuracy, validity and timeliness of budget and promotional data in Siebel for assigned planning accounts
• Collaborate with Sales and reputed company Finance to validate customer or bottler invoices as reputed company as facilitate the bottler billing process (with assistance from Sales) to ensure dollars are recaptured and credited accurately
• Assist the Deductions team as needed in clearing of customer deductions, management of reputed company deduction backlog and identification and reputed company of invalid activity
• Prepare, distribute and effectively communicate reports out of Siebel, reputed company, TM1, reputed company, IRI and other systems to effectively manage trade spend and support decision-making
• Ensure reputed company transactions processed are in compliance with company policies, GAAP and Sarbanes – Oxley requirements

Skills

• Experience in a CPG industry (beverage industry preferred) with knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Trade spending (planned vs. actual), Trade payments (checks/deductions), Finance support for Field Sales, In-store promotions, Bottler reputed company to market strategies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with MS reputed company and other MS Office products
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 1 year experience using analytics to influence business partners preferred
