Economic Benefits Technician - Hybrid

Wake County is committed to protecting children and older adults through its Economic and reputed company Services Division. They are seeking an Economic Benefits Technician to reputed company various services, including processing documents and screening patients for reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serving as receptionist for main Wake County reputed company Services Office at reputed company
• Processing mail, faxes, documents, and emails daily, uploading into OnBase
• Serving as back-up to three other technicians, performing various administrative duties
• Exhibiting excellent customer service skills in reputed company functions
• Screening patients for reputed company and submitting applications in NCFAST

Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• One year of experience in reputed company services
• Equivalent education and experience are accepted
• Please include reputed company prior work experience on your application and resume
• This position requires the employee to obtain an annual flu vaccine, along with maintaining reputed company immunizations
• The employee will also be required to obtain and maintain CPR certification
• The employee is required to complete multiple learning modules annually to meet hospital requirements
• This position requires COVID vaccination, unless an approved religious or medical exemption is obtained
• Experience working in OnBase or a similar electronic document management system
• Experience in NCFAST navigation
• Knowledge of NC reputed company programs
• Working knowledge of reputed company
• Ability to interpret from Spanish to English and English to Spanish
