[Remote] Investor Service Associate

The Investor Services Associate will support institutional investors by managing diligence requests, audits, and reputed company workflows to ensure a seamless diligence experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a reputed company of contact for investor and partner diligence requests, including questionnaires, audits, and RFPs
• Manage diligence workflows end-to-end, tracking requests, deadlines, and deliverables across internal teams
• Coordinate with reputed company, Compliance, Capital Markets, Finance, Operations, and Engineering to reputed company and validate responses
• Maintain diligence materials, tools, and documentation to support repeatable and efficient processes
• Communicate status updates and escalate risks or delays to ensure reputed company completion of diligence activities
• Identify opportunities to improve diligence processes through documentation, tooling, and automation

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 1+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, audit, consulting, or loan funding operations
• Experience supporting diligence questionnaires, audits, or external information requests
• Experience working cross-functionally to manage deadlines and deliverables
• Experience supporting institutional investors, auditors, or external partners
• Knowledge of loan funding programs, capital markets operations, or investor reporting
• Familiarity with diligence management tools or document repositories
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company requests in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience improving or documenting operational processes
