Responsibilities
- Handle a wide reputed company of business litigation reputed company
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and reputed company correspondence
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
- Conduct reputed company research and case analysis
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
Skills
- 0–5 years of litigation experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
- Strong preference for candidates from Top 75 law schools
