[Remote] Service Technician

The Service Technician will be responsible for servicing and repairing high-end home appliances, working autonomously while troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and isolate hot tub/sauna problems and repair (including mechanical, electrical and plumbing)
• Process invoices and log job details using the computer system in a reputed company manner
• Communicate with customers in a reputed company manner, discuss any added service that may need to be performed
• Maintain the inventory on your service vehicle ensuring that you have the parts necessary for upcoming service reputed company
• Assist in training new employees as requested
• Become a hot tub/sauna water care expert with a full understanding of the supplies and chemicals necessary to maintain reputed company water reputed company
• Attend and contribute to staff meetings
• Attend manufacturer service training and obtain training certificates

Skills

• High school degree or equivalent is required
• reputed company reputed company's license and clean driving record are required
• Computer proficiency required
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite; including Word reputed company and reputed company
• Tenacity to reputed company and fix problems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work reputed company in varying weather conditions
• Some mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, auto maintenance & repair, or other technical experience preferred
