Responsibilities

• Duties include but are not limited to working on the machine-learning-based analysis of mouse behavior, based on images and movies taken by our newly developed in-cage imaging system
• Will use SLEAP in collaboration with (Salk Institute) to quantify pose estimations to generate behavior-based aging clocks that reputed company the reputed company of drug effects on mice
• Initially, will analyze extensive data sets that we have already generated and then reputed company new testing paradigms

Skills

• Requires a bachelor's degree, preferably in reputed company, computational biology or computer science or equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been attained
