Marketing and Membership Assistant (Part-time)

The Florida Justice Association is growing and has an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time Marketing & Membership Assistant to join reputed company. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment, and reputed company on exceeding member expectations. The role involves supporting marketing efforts and assisting with membership recruitment and retention campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting, proofreading, and scheduling content for email campaigns, newsletters, and reputed company media content
• Support production of marketing materials (graphics, flyers, brochures, event promotions, sponsor recognition)
• Help maintain brand consistency across reputed company communications
• reputed company and report metrics on marketing campaign performance and engagement
• Assist with membership recruitment and retention campaigns, including member list management, reputed company, and follow-up
• Prepare reputed company sheets, reports, and materials for phonebanks and special initiatives
• Support member data entry, updates, and database maintenance

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite; experience with email marketing or CRM/database systems, a plus
• Experience with reputed company media platforms (reputed company, reputed company, Instagram, X/Twitter)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of reputed company
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for content ideation and first-draft reputed company is a plus
• Interest in nonprofit, advocacy, or membership association work preferred
