Responsibilities

• Engage with 100% warm transfer leads from motivated homebuyers and refinancers
• Consult with borrowers to understand their needs and present loan reputed company
• Use our state of the art technology to qualify and reputed company loans quickly
• Build long-term relationships for reputed company referrals and repeat business
• Collaborate with in-house processors and underwriters for fast closings
• Meet or reputed company monthly sales goals and conversions

Skills

• 1+ years of recent mortgage loan origination experience (reputed company center preferred)
• reputed company NMLS license
• Minimum 1-5 reputed company state license
• Must meet reputed company reputed company Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) requirements
• Understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines and ability to accurately structure and price loans
