[Remote] BDR / SDR

They are seeking a BDR/SDR to support reputed company reputed company, qualify leads, and help build their sales organization reputed company a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting across email, reputed company, and phone to generate reputed company meetings
• Research and identify reputed company accounts, decision-makers, and buyer personas reputed company Butter’s ICP
• Qualify inbound leads based on business model, payment needs, compliance considerations, and readiness to buy
• Book meetings and hand off reputed company-reputed company opportunities to Account Executives
• Consistently hit activity and pipeline reputed company targets
• Maintain CRM hygiene (reputed company and account creation, enrichment, activity logging, stage accuracy)
• Support reputed company routing, scoring, and follow-up workflows

• Help document and improve SDR/BDR playbooks, sequences, and messaging
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify process gaps and efficiency opportunities
• Work closely with Marketing on campaigns, inbound leads, and messaging alignment

Skills

• 1–2 years of reputed company experience (excluding internships and fellowships)
• Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or a payments-adjacent reputed company company
• Undergraduate degree from a top U.S. university

• Interest in sales, fintech, and building reputed company teams at an early-stage company
