[Remote] Licensed Insurance Agent

As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will engage with customers to reputed company tailored coverage and savings, leveraging technology to streamline the sales process and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and follow up with prospective customers reputed company phone, email, and SMS
• reputed company customers on auto insurance products, coverage reputed company, and agency value
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and reputed company offer additional lines (e.g., home insurance)
• Assume the sale, comfortable speaking assumptively and working to reputed company
• Be proactive in meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service
• Detailed utilization of CRM to manage leads, reputed company pipeline activity
• Adherence to reputed company compliance guidelines

Skills

• reputed company and maintained P&C license (Property & Casualty) in reputed company state of residence required
• 1+ year of experience in auto insurance sales (high volume reputed company-center experience preferred)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously, including CRM, quoting, and rating tools
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, managing a full pipeline effectively
• Experience with digital-first insurance platforms or insurtech environments is a big plus
• Familiarity with comparative raters and CRM tools (e.g., EZLynx, AgencyZoom, reputed company)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
